As I   reached the vast stretch of lotus fields along the banks of Bharathappuzha at Thirunnavaya on  22nd february 2012 , after noon sun beams have started to fade achieving a golden glow. There was a vast expanse of water submerged   with floating vegetation like salvinia ( African payal )interspersed  with  shore line vegetation.as I  drew up  by  a hedge I heard the bird sound,,,ka ka ka ka    kree kree kree kree  Im not certain if this is a correct notation.! whining squeky notes in a series growing down near the end!

.According to Hawalian mythology ,a moor hen brought fire to the human kind and in the process the fire  scorched her fore head. So like Prometheus who stole fire from heaven  and gifted it to man kind.
